A quote or an estimate.
- For a defined project
- A fixed quote for an agreed scope. Website projects and complex business IT are quoted individually.
- For work charged by time
- An agreed hourly rate and estimated cost, based on the task and whether support is onsite or remote. Coaching uses the same onsite or remote rate.
- If the scope changes
- I’ll check with you before doing work beyond what we agreed.
Before your appointment.
- Travel
- Any applicable travel charge is discussed before confirming the appointment.
- Availability
- By appointment, including weeknights and weekends. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.
- If you need to cancel
- Please give 24 hours’ notice where possible. There’s no cancellation fee.
